Hello! I'm Junior, a strategic software engineer and product-driven systems architect based in Kigali, Rwanda. I build and deploy scalable digital platforms across public institutions, fintech, and mission-driven consumer applications.

I enjoy turning complex problems into clean, scalable solutions — whether that's enterprise systems for government institutions, consumer apps, or immersive VR experiences. I've also mentored 120+ students through programs like HerInTech and Ida Technology.
